The Challenge
Sales teams struggled to identify who actually held influence within a customer organization, and stakeholder data that did exist was manually maintained, scattered, and quickly went stale. Teams had no structured way to share what they learned about the people behind a deal.

- Developed a stakeholder intelligence platform within Salesforce
- Enabled mapping of stakeholders at account and opportunity levels
- Introduced scoring for influence, engagement, and relationship strength
- Built visual tools to understand stakeholder dynamics
The Outcome
Reps can now see who really influences a deal at a glance instead of relying on memory or tribal knowledge, and stakeholder insight stays current and shared across the team rather than living in one person's head.
